Dashboard Overview

Introduction

The ttny.io dashboard is your command center for managing all your shortened links, viewing analytics, and accessing account settings. This guide will help you understand the layout and features of your dashboard to maximize your productivity.

Dashboard Layout

Your ttny.io dashboard is organized into several key sections:

Navigation Sidebar

Located on the left side of your dashboard, the navigation sidebar provides quick access to all main sections:

Dashboard: Your homepage with summary statistics and recent links
Links: View and manage all your shortened URLs
Analytics: Detailed performance metrics for your links
Campaigns: Organize links into marketing campaigns
Settings: Configure your account preferences

Tip: You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the arrow icon at the bottom to give yourself more screen space.

Header Bar

The top header contains:

Create Link Button: Quickly create a new shortened URL
Search Bar: Find specific links by URL, title, or tags
Notifications: View system alerts and updates
Profile Menu: Access account settings and logout

Dashboard Home

The main dashboard page provides a quick overview of your link performance:

Performance Summary

At the top of your dashboard, you'll see key metrics including:

Total Clicks: The cumulative number of clicks across all your links
Active Links: The number of active shortened URLs in your account
Top Performing Link: Your most clicked link
Recent Activity: Click trends over the past 30 days

Recent Links

Below the summary, you'll find a table of your most recently created links, showing:

Short URL: The shortened link
Original URL: The destination the link points to
Creation Date: When the link was created
Click Count: Number of times the link has been clicked
Actions: Quick buttons to copy, edit, or view analytics for each link

Note: Free accounts display the 10 most recent links on the dashboard. Pro and Business accounts can customize this number in settings.

Links Section

The Links section provides comprehensive management of all your shortened URLs:

Link Management

In this section, you can:

View All Links: See a complete list of all your shortened URLs
Filter Links: Sort by date, clicks, or custom tags
Bulk Actions: Select multiple links to tag, delete, or export
Search: Find specific links using the search function

Link Details

Clicking on any link in the table opens the link details panel, where you can:

Edit Link: Change the destination URL or custom back-half
Add Tags: Organize links with custom tags
View QR Code: Generate and download a QR code for your link
See Click Data: View basic analytics for the selected link
Deactivate/Reactivate: Temporarily disable or enable the link

Keyboard Shortcuts

ttny.io offers several keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate the dashboard more efficiently:

N: Create a new link
/ (forward slash): Focus on search bar
G + D: Go to Dashboard
G + L: Go to Links
G + A: Go to Analytics
G + S: Go to Settings
?: View all keyboard shortcuts

Tip: You can enable or disable keyboard shortcuts in your account settings.

Getting Started
